I just upgraded my iPhone and now my video is not working correctly and I’m missing my Favorites. How do I fix this issue?
By signing out and be in. From the home screen, click on the “More” button and Accounts. From the Accounts screen, Click the logout button and then log back in choosing the “Login with Existing Account”. If you have any issues with your password let us know and we will reset your password.
